STARTING OCT 15th, 2015 Sadly but happily - I have finished my Equine clinical hours of Osteopathy, and as such, fees will now apply. *current clients from pre Sept 30th, 2024 are offered discounts* Initial Consult - $100 Follow Up Session - $80 Equine Osteopathy with a combination of Soft Tissue release (Equinology (student for this portion approach) - Osteopathy - completed Oct 15th, 2024 For horses of any age or ailments Osteopath uses gentle manipulations, stretches and massage to help alleviate pain and reduce inflammation. Keeps the musculoskeletal system healthy and in check. Sorry, But I cannot treat horses that have poor ground manners and/or issues with their feet being handled/touched - this is stressful for the horse and a safety hazard for me. First visit consists of: Gait Analysis, Pet History, Palpation and discussion of treatment (is usually about 1 hour and 30mins). You receive a full write up that you can share with your vet or equine chiropractor. I will also include stretches you can do with your horse. Subsequent visits are: OAB or Functional techniques/soft tissue based on potential issues your horse may have (approx. 60 mins) Patients accepted in Calgary and Surrounding areas, Cochrane, Airdrie and Bragg Creek - Traveling fee applies will apply if out of these areas.
